A customer in Japan was unable to source a main rotor helicopter component. They contacted DynamicPitch through a referral that we could often locate parts that were elusive in the market. Through our extensive partner network, we were able to find the new surplus condition part they needed, and had it shipped out to them on a priority basis.  

A major issue was regulation, which is very stringent in Japan with very specific paperwork requirements which are not always compatible with manufacturers’ requirements. On behalf of the customer, we contacted the manufacturer through our network, detailed exactly what documentation was required and how it should be formatted.  

Because of the positive experience they received, we have since formed a strong working relationship with the client, and they have become a regular customer. In fact, DynamicPitch has just purchased one of their aircraft.
