We consult with you to understand your specific needs and budget through in-person meetings, phone, or video calls. If needed, we can sign an NDA. During the initial consultation, we determine if we are the right fit for your requirements, discussing details like model, variant, interior configuration, age, budget, and timeline.

Having identified your specific needs, we can now reach out to our extensive aviation network to source a suitable helicopter(s) in the market. From this, we create a shortlist of potential candidates with a guide price.

Once you have selected one or two helicopters, we then negotiate directly with the seller to obtain the best possible price and terms on your behalf.

After further discussion on product and price, we can finalise negotiations with the seller and draft a Letter of Intent (LOI) for review and approval. The LOI formalises the agreed purchase price and terms, ensuring both buyer and seller fully understand the high-level structure of the transaction.

Although the letter of intent is legally non-binding, it initiates a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) outlining the terms agreed between the buyer and seller. The SPA crystallises the sale and initiates a legally binding agreement between the buyer and seller. We structure the SPA to accurately reflect the nature of the deal. We always recommend both parties seek independent legal counsel at this stage.

The pre-purchase inspection (PPI) and document review can occur at any stage, but we recommend doing it early and definitely before completion. The PPI ensures the helicopter's condition and paperwork match the SPA. If an issue is found, we will advise on the next steps.

Once the deal and all formalities are completed, we guide you through the aircraft acceptance and Bill of Sale process, taking any import/export considerations into account.

At your request, we can coordinate transportation to anywhere in the world. If the buyer intends to fly the aircraft to its new home, we can coordinate the necessary permits. Otherwise, we can arrange transport through an insured, approved distribution party.
